1. One-Time Purchase

The AP Strap conversion band is a one-time purchase of $54.99, charged in full at the time of order. This charge does not recur.

2. AP Club VIP Membership

AP Club VIP membership is free to join. There is no fixed monthly subscription fee. Your card is stored securely to enable usage-based billing for AP World app features.

3. Usage-Based Charges

Charges are applied based on your actual usage of paid features within the AP World app. There is no fixed amount — charges vary depending on what you use and when. You will always receive an itemized invoice by email before any charge is applied to your card.

4. Advance Notice

AP Strap will send you an itemized usage summary by email before charging your payment method. This gives you the opportunity to review charges and cancel if you choose before payment is taken.

5. Payment Authorization

By completing this checkout you expressly authorize AP Strap to charge the payment method provided for: (a) the one-time AP Strap purchase of $54.99 today; and (b) variable usage-based AP World app fees as described above, until you cancel your AP Club VIP membership.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel AP Club VIP at any time with no cancellation fee by visiting your account at apstrap.com/account or emailing support@apstrap.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further usage charges will be applied.

7. Refunds

The AP Strap band carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Usage charges that have already been invoiced and paid are non-refundable.
